OneTime FAQ

Frequently asked
questions about OneTime

Direct answers about the app's current role and how it works, without promises it cannot make.

What is OneTime?

OneTime is a personal time-tracking and coaching app that records activities with one tap and helps you review the flow of your day and time-use patterns through timelines and statistics.

How is it different from a timer or stopwatch?

A timer focuses on one measurement. OneTime connects multiple activity records into a daily timeline and longer-term statistics so you can review where your time went.

Who may find OneTime useful?

It may suit people who want to live more intentionally, stay busy but cannot clearly see their progress, or want a simple view of how activities fill their day.

How do I record an activity?

Tap a custom activity on the home screen to start recording. Choose the next activity when your context changes, then review accumulated records in the timeline and statistics.

What does AI Chat do?

AI Chat is a separate beta feature for interpreting records and asking follow-up questions. It does not automatically determine the best action or guarantee an outcome. Current access conditions are shown in the app.

Is OneTime available on Android and iPhone?

Yes. OneTime for Android is available on Google Play, and OneTime for iPhone is available on the App Store.

Is OneTime free?

The app is free to download. Advertising, in-app purchases, and feature-specific conditions may vary by platform and version, so check each store page for current details.

Does tracking guarantee goal achievement?

No. OneTime does not promise an outcome. It provides a concrete record for reviewing what you did and deciding what to try next.

How can I manage records or account data?

Device records, AI feature history, and account information can have different management scopes. Check the app's current settings and official privacy policy first, then contact support for additional privacy requests.
