AI time coach
How can an AI time coach
use your records?
AI can help you read a record. It cannot know facts that were never recorded or decide the correct life choice for you.

Specific records support specific questions.
“Why can’t I focus?” is difficult to ground. “How did my evening study time change from last week?” defines a period and activity that can be checked. Time records give AI observable values to reference.
- When an activity usually starts
- Differences between days or periods
- The order in which study and rest occur
AI still cannot know the full cause.
A time record does not establish focus quality, emotion, health, or causation. Missing and incorrect records can also affect the answer. Do not treat an AI response as a diagnosis or a guaranteed instruction.
Check the answer against the next record.
A useful response leads to a small test rather than a sweeping conclusion. Change one action, then see whether a later record shows a meaningful difference.
OneTime AI Chat is a separate beta feature for continuing questions about personal records. Availability, tokens, and feature conditions should be checked in the current app.
Ask from evidence
Record first. Ask better questions next.
As your actual time records build, you can ask AI more specific and grounded questions.
