5-minute review

Review your daily time
in five minutes

A useful review is not a verdict on your day. It is a way to choose one action you can test next from what actually happened.

1. See the flow before fixing every gap.

Your record does not need to be perfect. Open the daily timeline and see how work, study, exercise, and rest followed one another. Do not abandon the review because a few periods are missing.

2. Choose one thing to keep and one to reduce.

Do not judge the whole day by one total. Identify one flow that worked and one flow you would like to reduce the next time it appears.

Example: Keep the evening workout, and reduce the forty minutes of aimless app switching before study.

3. Pick a small action you can verify tomorrow.

Choose an observable action instead of a vague promise to “try harder.” Look at the same part of tomorrow's record and check whether anything changed.
